Before I was a celebrant, I was already making a living with a trumpet and a microphone. That background is a huge part of how I work now.
I know how to read a crowd, pace a moment and make people feel included without needing to be the loudest person in the room. I also know when a joke is worth making and when the moment deserves to be left alone.
Most couples who find me aren’t looking for a formal, beige ceremony. They want warmth, personality and genuine emotion without anything feeling cheesy or overcooked. They also want the legal stuff handled properly and someone calm enough to make the whole thing feel easy. That’s pretty much the job description.
